I know firsthand how exhausting sleepless nights can be. As a mom, I’ve been through the long nights, the endless rocking, and the constant search for answers. Those experiences led me to become a certified pediatric sleep consultant so I could help other families find rest, clarity, and confidence again.
Today, I support families with calm, practical sleep guidance tailored to their child and their parenting style. I’m based in the Algarve, Portugal, and work with families across Portugal, Europe, Canada, South America, and the US.

I am also the author of Before We Sleep and The Night Parade, two gentle bedtime stories inspired by my work and my own experience as a mum. These stories are designed to help families slow down, connect, and create a calm transition into sleep.
My goal is simple: to help you move from exhaustion and uncertainty to confidence and calm.
