Hi, I’m Andrea — Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant 🌙

As a mum of two girls, I understand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep challenges can feel. I’ve experienced the long nights, the second-guessing, and the endless searching for answers.

 

Through my training as a certified pediatric sleep consultant, I learned that real progress doesn’t come from rigid rules; it comes from understanding your child’s temperament, development, and sleep needs, and creating a plan that fits your family.

My approach is compassionate, realistic, and tailored. Whether you’re navigating newborn naps, frequent night wakings, or toddler bedtime battles, the goal is always the same: calm, sustainable sleep and confident parents.

Based in the Algarve, I support families locally and online across Portugal, Europe, and internationally, offering consultations in English, Spanish, and German.
