Service Description
A focused 45-minute call where we can talk through your sleep questions, troubleshoot small challenges, and give you clarity on what’s happening — and what simple changes could make things easier. Who it’s for If your little one generally sleeps well but things have started to drift — naps feel off, bedtime’s become a struggle, or mornings are suddenly too early — this session will help you get things back on track with simple, gentle adjustments. If your little one is struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep independently, or if you’re looking for deeper, step-by-step guidance, I strongly recommend starting with the Guided Sleep Plan (2-week package). It gives us the time and space to create a tailored plan together and support you through the changes, for more lasting results. After our call, you’ll receive a short summary with the main recommendations and next steps, so you know exactly what to focus on.
